The Residence Oasi, directly managed by the owners, has well taken care and furnished flats  to give hospitality to families, friends' groups, couples that desire to spend a calm period of holiday and bathing in full liberty. It's situated to little distance from the sea, in the resort  Scrugli, near Briatico and it is also point of departure for a lot of  excursions. Weekly prices  lodging for 4 people from 5.00 p.m. of Saturday of arrival to 10.00 a.m. of Saturday of departure. 

Periods:

Mono: double room, kitchenette, balcony stay, bathroom with shower. Possibility to add 1 or more beds. 

Bilo 4: bedroom with double bed and  bunk bed , kitchen and balcony, bathroom with shower. 

Trilo: double room and room with three  beds, kitchen and bathroom.

Hotel: 

Weekly prices per person from the supper of Saturday of arrival to the breakfast of Saturday of departure.  

Reductions half board 10% 

Extra services: 

• obligatory club card from 27.05 to 30.09 per person per week € 25,00. 

• Free up to 4 years old.

•  car park   € 20,00 weekly.

• All the lodgings have hygienic services, shower with warm and cold water, refrigerator and they are at the first floor.  

• The change of the sheets is weekly effected (Friday). 

• The full board rooms are also furnished of laundry by bath, cleaning of the lodgings previous delivery of the keys within  10.00 a.m. in reception. 

• Caution money of € 100,00  to the arrival, returnable at the end of  stay, damages excepted or breakups of the existing equipment in the lodgings as from inventory.
